RESERVATION:

Item(s) will be put under "reserved" once a confirmation has been made. Reservations are allowed up to 3 days. Payment is appreciated within this period of time. Whimsy and Magic reserved the rights to release any reserved order(s) if payments are failed to be made.

MODE OF PAYMENT:

• ibanking / bank transfer to UOB/POSB Savings account.

• Credit cards via Paypal*. Additional 5% processing fee is applicable for all payment made via PayPal.

SHIPPING | DELIVERY:

Local:

• Normal Postage: Free.

Item(s) will be delivered to your mailbox without any tracking number.

• Registered mail: Additional S$3.00 is applicable.

Item(s) will be delivered to your doorstep and it comes with a tracking number which is traceable in the event of mail loss. A notification card will be issued at your door if the delivery is not successful. You may call SingPost at 1605 to arrange for re-delivery.

International:

Overseas delivery is available as well. Please email

All purchase(s) will be checked and ensure they are in good condition before mailing. Item(s) will then be bubble-wrapped properly, packed and sealed securely.

Registered Mail is strongly encouraged as arrival of item(s) is guarantee at your doorstep. Whimsy and Magic will not be liable for any damage, delay or lost of item(s) during the process of shipping.

**Please allow 3-4 working days for delivery upon receipt of payment.
